Renowned for his expertise in communications and growth strategies, Erik orchestrates community-engaging initiatives like hackathons and learning courses. A true "spider in the web," he collaborates closely with operations lead, Thea, to ensure seamless team coordination and strategic partnerships, amplifying Xircus' reach and impact. His leadership is pivotal in scaling operations and championing a democratized and inclusive web3 engagement.
Thea is the Operations Lead at Xircus with a rich history in the crypto space, having worked with MEXC. Boasting an engineering background, her versatile experience spans from FinTech and Crypto to Real Estate and Welding Engineering. A self-proclaimed generalist, she thrives on challenges and possesses a strong knack for research and analysis. Her adaptability and problem-solving prowess, combined with a keen interest in DeFi, Crypto, Energy, and Renewables, make her an invaluable asset to any team. Currently, as Xircus gears up to scale, Thea's operational expertise will be pivotal.

Charles brings a wealth of marketing expertise to the forefront. As former Head of Marketing at Coinstore Exchange, he spearheaded several strategic marketing blueprints to remarkable success, growing the user base to 400,000 within a year. With experience in consulting roles with Venture Capital firms in China, Charles specializes in web3 project incubation, growth, and strategy including project launch and integration. His strategic acumen and commitment to innovation defines his vision as Chief Strategic Officer, aimed at steering organizations to unprecedented growth in the dynamic digital asset landscape.
Falco Pangkey  - Co-founder & CEO A marketing leader with 15 years of passioned experience in disrupting the industries; Founding member top-200 project “Locktrip” a decentralized ecosystem and marketplace for hotels.
