Rentable - allow owners to have the modules rented by the marketplace owners, they can subscribe based on duration scheduled offered by the module owner
App Extension - these modules that can be injected on any Xircus deployed marketplace app to offer a certain function or set of features depending on developer considerations
Embeddable - each module is required to have an embed which we upload an entire react application to decentralized filesystem that can be retrieve for future usage
