# Web3 Protocol Agnostic

We built Xircus to solve fundamental issue in web3 tools and services which is exclusivity. We designed the protocol to accept, innovate and aggregate new and existing blockchain tools and protocols

{% hint style="info" %}
Software Agnostic is a term that refers to **a program, system, function or organization that works consistently regardless of any particular brand of software that it may use**. In other words, it's not dependent upon using a particular brand of software.
{% endhint %}

## Here is the list why Xircus Web3 Protocol is an agnostic platform

{% hint style="success" %}
**Blockchain Agnostic:** Xircus supports various blockchains, especially those built as Ethereum Virtual Machines (EVMs).

</details>

Our **support extends beyond just EVMs**. We're gearing up to embrace next-gen blockchains like **Solana, Near, Tezos, Flow, Cosmos, Polkadot**, and more. Our focus is also on building web assembly and rust-based smart contracts to ensure compatibility.

<mark style="color:blue;">**What it means:**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">Xircus promotes the deployment of dApps across multiple blockchains. By enabling dApps and NFT trading, we enhance transaction volumes on those chains and help in growing their ecosystems.</mark>

{% hint style="success" %}
**Token Currency Agnostic:** Xircus is designed to accept any liquid token currency for its marketplace. By "liquid," we mean tokens that have clear fiat or stable value and can be quickly converted in decentralized exchanges.
{% endhint %}

The Token Agnostic feature of Xircus allows the platform to accept **any liquid token currency** for transactions within its marketplace. This adaptability ensures that users are not limited to a single or select few currencies when interacting with the platform. Whether it's for selling NFTs or making in-platform purchases, users have the freedom to use a wide range of tokens. This flexibility not only **elevates the token's utility** **and presence** within the Xircus platform but also ensures that any selected token has **verifiable real-world value**, alleviating concerns about its viability or worth.

<mark style="color:blue;">**What it means:**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">Users have the flexibility to employ a range of tokens for selling NFTs, ensuring seamless integration with the platform and ensuring those tokens have tangible, verified value.</mark>

{% hint style="success" %}
**Decentralized Exchange (DEX) Agnostic:** Our marketplace can tap into different decentralized exchanges to fetch accurate USD values of tokens. Whether it's PancakeSwap V2 Router, SushiSwap V2 Router, or another trusted DEX, we're adaptable.
{% endhint %}

<mark style="color:blue;">**What it means:**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">It guarantees that all listing fees are standardized in USD, ensuring fairness and clarity in transactions.</mark>

{% hint style="success" %}
**Collection Agnostic:** We've evolved our marketplace contracts to accommodate collections even if they weren't launched through Xircus. Collections from other platforms or custom-built ones can be seamlessly integrated.
{% endhint %}

* [x] **Diverse Origin Support:** Xircus accommodates NFT collections from any platform, be it another marketplace, custom-built creations, or different web3 services.
* [x] **Integration with Other Web3 Services:** Collections from web3 services, like ThirdWeb or Wagmi, are readily compatible with the Xircus ecosystem.

<mark style="color:blue;">**What it means:**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">Xircus's support for multiple collections amplifies interoperability within the NFT space, allowing for richer collaborations and cross-listings.The broader range of collections available for listing, fostering diversity and inclusivity.</mark>&#x20;

**5. Frontend Language Agnostic:** We've forged a web3 javascript library to synchronize effortlessly with core blockchain functionalities. While it's primarily designed for javascript-based frameworks, we also offer react hooks for integration with react-based systems.

**What it means:** Whether you're using Next or any other framework, Xircus ensures smooth user experiences like wallet connections and NFT displays.

**6. Backend Cloud Provider Agnostic:** Our backend applications are flexible. Whether you're hosting on AWS, Vercel, Digital Ocean, or Cloudflare Workers, we've got you covered. Plus, you have a choice between MongoDB or an SQL-type database, with built-in adapters for both.

**What it means:** Users have the freedom to select their preferred cloud provider and database type, making Xircus versatile and adaptable to varying needs.

In essence, the Xircus Web3 Protocol is about versatility, adaptability, and forward-thinking. We've crafted it to seamlessly mesh with a myriad of systems, blockchains, and tokens, ensuring an inclusive, growth-oriented web3 environment.
