App Vote Up - the DAO member just want to vote up any NFT marketplace they want to support by consuming their vote power

Rewarding Vote Up - ringmaster can pay the vote up by depositing tokens at a custom price set for every voting power used. For example if the ringmaster pay the vote up for $1 each vote power. If the DAO member voted using 100 votes, they will receive $100 for using their vote power

DAO vote power for marketplaces can be reused every 30 days

Permanent Voting Power Accumulation - Accumulate voting power by selling and reselling XircusPunks

Variable Voting Power per Avatar - Different batches of XircusPunks will have different voting power and voting rights
