At Xircus Web3 Protocol, being part of DAO has benefits not just in virtual aspect but also in the physical and tangible form. We created programs that will help our community, specially our members to participate not just virtually and anonymously but also in real world scenarios or activities designed specifically to help the community grow and succeed.

Hackathon

With the Xircus Web3 Protocol Hackathon people collaborate to create tech solutions. Teams of developers, designers and experts work on projects for 24-48 hours. The goal is to foster creativity and develop new ideas, often resulting in prototypes. We can scale our protocol, engaging new entrepreneurs, spot talent, make Xircus Web3 Protocol fully inclusive and diverse!

Xircubator

Educating, training and helping our users build their business on the top of Xircus is our main priority. By incubating them, we are building a solid foundation for the future of Xircus Web3 Protocol and its products. With regards to the community, we have created several features from our business model that incentivize even spectators or promoters without any human intervention or approval. Pitch Circle (In Person or Virtual Meet Ups)

Setting up person in-meetups to introduce and educate our users with the tools, services and products we offer, including allowing ringmasters to pitch and promote their projects is something we envision since ideation. Imagine a platform that's not just allow you to grow virtually but also in real world. This could also be another way to raise funds from the community and introduce themselves and their projects, how they are helping and transforming their community for good. Ringmaster Interviews

Interviewing ringmasters has been our goal since the very beginning of the platform ideation. We believe that their stories will translate to more tangible growth for our the entirety of Xircus. Ringmaster are the bread and butter of our business model, helping them ripples the success not just through our protocol but also to their community and our community.
