Rank Mechanism

DAO Ranking is based on total accumulated voting power from the XircusPunks holdings. The more voting power they possess the higher the rank they will be at. The list shows the number of voting power owned by the account wallet addresses.

Voting Cooldown

DAO members can participate in the voting process within the ecosystem. As they participate, the power decreases depending on the amount of power they casted for the vote. The more power they casted, the less number of power available to vote for other areas of the platform. The good thing is based on the configured duration set from votable contracts, once a certain period expires, the voting power is then rejuvenated back. Usually the voting power restores every 30 days.

Purpose of Rank

We created the ranking for the following purpose. First, to set as bragging rights on how the members can be affective to the decision making process. Two, to encourage competition within the ecosystem. By doing this, we can ensure a fruitful collaboration within the community while staying anonymous. No central influential person can control the protocol but purely logical based on the movement of power from participants who wants to agree on policies and procedures for the betterment of Xircus Web3 Protocol as a whole.
